1. On November 14, of the year 2000, celebrations for this special year began at the Seminary of Val Maria in Bogota. Four new candidates from the two houses of formation were ordained. 2. Father Provincial will send a letter to all the communities inviting them to initiate community plans to underline this great event. 3. One week before the General Assembly, in July 2001, we plan to have special retreat opened to all the confrères: it would be presided by Father Paul Milcent (from France). We are hoping for an answer. 4. From November 1l to November 17, 2001, we will have an extraodinary provincial Assembly. Its purpose will be to give a follow up to the July Assembly. The last day will be one of great rejoicing in honor of the fourth centenary of our Founder. All the Eudist family and other friends will be invited. 5. A Mass will be televised on Sunday, November 14 or on the following sunday 6. We are now studying the possibility of recording on CD disks some new Eudist songs. A group of candidates have already made some necessary contacts to this end, others are rehearsing the songs. 7. Towards the end of the year 2001, a new building will be inaugurated at Conocoto. It will be named the «House of the fourth centenary». Mrs Monica de Wright was responsible for the financing of the house. It will include a living room, a refectory, a kitchen, a chapel, a library and 19 rooms with private bathrooms. The users of the house will be indicated next year. 8. We are now preparing in Mexico the publication of a popular book on Saint John Eudes, another one based on the «Kingdom of Jesus» and some booklets on pastoral Eudist vocation.
