Eudist Associate

I - EUDIST  COMMITMENTS

1. Eudist spiritual experience

 

The Eudists commit themselves to facilitate to the Associate the sharing of the Eudist spiritual experience :
   
    Inviting the Associate to the activities (meetings, sessions, retreats) offered to the Eudists of  the SD/TJ  region and eventually of the Province, in the area of spirituality.
   
    Collaborating to the spiritual formation program specifically offered to the Associates for the coming year,
    Procreating assistance in her spiritual life in the light of Saint John Eudes' doctrine,
Putting at her disposal some literature (books, documents) of the Eudist spirituality,
   
    Sharing, whenever possible, moments of prayer and communal celebrations.

 

2. Mission

 

The Eudists commit themselves to facilitate to the Associate a sharing into the Eudist mission :
   
    Giving her the opportunity to collaborate, according to her personal capacities, in one or the other Eudist apostolic commitments in the region,
   
    The signature of this contract implies that the Eudists accept the possibilities of collaboration on the part of the Associate in her local apostolate.

 

3. Fraternal life - Fellowship - Sisterhood / Brotherhood

 

The Eudists commit themselves to facilitate to the Associate a Eudist Sisterhood:
   
    Fostering the communal dimension of the spiritual and apostolic activities mentioned above,
    Always seeking to develop simple and cordial relations, full of respect, mutual support and charity.

 

 II - ASSOCIATE COMMITMENTS

 

1. Eudist spiritual experience

 

I commit myself to integrate in my life a certain form of sharing of the Eudist spiritual experience
   
    Participating, whenever possible, to the activities (meetings, sessions, retreats) offered to the Eudists of the  SD/TJ  region and eventually of the Province, in the area of spirituality,   
   
    Taking part, according to my possibilities, into the programs of spiritual formation specifically offered to the Associates for the coming year,
   
    Bringing in my own way, the testimony of my Christian Faith experience to the other Eudists (associates or incorporated members), Spending some time studying literature (books, documents) of the Eudist spirituality. Sharing, whenever possible, moments of prayer and communal celebrations.

 

2. Mission
I commit myself to integrate  to my life a certain form of sharing in the Eudist mission :

 

        Namely in   ___________________________           ________________________________________________________________
                                            
    Integrating the Eudist apostolic priorities of Evangelization and Formation to my personal commitments where I live, at work or  in my services to the Christian Community.
   
    The signature of this contract implies that I consider the possibilities of collaboration on my  part  in the local apostolate of the Eudists.

 

3. Fraternal life - Fellowship - Sisterhood / Brotherhood

 

I commit myself to integrate in my life a certain form of sharing in the Eudist Brotherhood / Sisterhood:
   
    Fostering the communal dimension of the spiritual and apostolic activities mentioned above,
    Always seeking to develop simple and cordial relations, full of respect, mutual support and charity.

 

    III - FINANCIAL   COMMITMENT

 

By this contract, both parties declare their complete financial independence. In no way will the Eudists be able to claim whatsoever from the Associate and in no way will the Associate be able to claim whatsoever from the Eudists.

 

    IV - SIGNATURES

 

Made in San Diego, CA. on this 25th day of March, 2006 for automatic yearly renewal, subject to 30 day written notice of cancellation.
