A) All begins in payer...
B) All the members of the community are invited to participate in the weekly community dinner. The place of the dinner will rotate weekly between Our Lady of Grace, St. Patrick's, Solana Beach and Blessed Sacrament. People are invited to gather around 5 PM with dinner at 5:30 PM. To permit everyone's participation, the dinners will be held on the first, third and fourth Thursdays between Our Lady of Grace, Solana Beach and Blessed Sacrament and on the second Wednesday of the month at St. Patrick's. Fr. Jim Burson and some of the associates will be able to attend the monthly Wednesday. Fr. Burson will stay overnight. Fr. Omer LeBlanc will also spend one night a month at St. Patrick's and participate in the community meal. A schedule will be published by the superior after consultation with interested parties.
C) Incorporated and the Associates members will hold separate
meetings when needed to discuss issues that concern only that
particular group.
D) At least once every three months the Incorporated and the
Associate members are invited to participate in a Community
Gathering. Such a meeting includes a time of prayer, a time to share
information and community related issues and followed by a pot luck
dinner. These gatherings take place especially around Eudist feast
days or the visit of the Superior Provincial or the Superior General.
E) All members of the community will make a special effort to
support and help each other in their ministries. We celebrate as
much as possible each others' anniversaries and make efforts to
socialize outside of required meetings.
F) All Incorporated will take part in the Fall and Spring Assembly
of Priests organized by the diocese of San Diego and take part in
their deanery meetings and activities. Those with an assignment in
the diocese will also take part in the Annual Convocation of the
priests of the diocese.
G) The Associates will hold their own retreat at least once a year
to which the Incorporated members are invited to participate.
14-B) Weekly Dinners
All the members of the community are invited to participate in the weekly community dinner. The place of the dinner will rotate weekly between Our Lady of Grace, St. Patrick's, St James, and Blessed Sacrament. People are invited to gather a... A schedule will be published by the superior after consultation with interested parties. The next 3 months schedule will include September, October, and November. No weekly dinners are planned for December. Early December is our annual Nativity Dinner. 14-C) Eudist Associate Meetings
Incorporated and the Associates members
will hold separate meetings when needed

Two meeting dates are set aside for the
coming year: February 8: Feast HEART of
MARY. Associate Vocations Day, and
September 8: NATIVITY MARY Associate
